Cindy completed her undergraduate studies at the National University of Singapore in 2020, graduating with a B.Soc.Sci (Distinction) in Communications and New Media. During her candidature, she also completed the University Town College Programme (UTCP) under Tembusu College. She then trained as a teaching apprentice before taking up a full-time appointment as a teaching assistant in July 2021. Her teaching portfolio includes courses from both the undergraduate and M.Soc.Sci (Communication) levels. Research-wise, she is broadly interested in body politics in the media and has also explored strategic communication and media writing under her professors. Cindy is also a Masters by Research student in the department.
